Okay so now that emix production and CNY's over, its time to chiong assignments and projects :( hate this evil cycle.

Have been sleeping most of the time the past few days and i can't figure out why im so tired. maybe its just the new bedsheets. CNY has been a bore, went temple visiting mainly since my relatives are overseas. I really need to visit more temples my luck this year has been at an all time low.

First week of school over!! Can already feel the all the homework/projects/presentations coming my way ugh. But it took me lesser time to warm up, already class parted like once for each lesson that requires class part haha. think i only class parted like less than 5 times the whole of last sem -.-
Been reaching home at around midnight cos of dance but out of house early in the morning cos of dumb morning lessons.. oh well! that's gonna be my life for like the next 2 months.

whoa so the first week of 2012 is almost over!

Past few days have been a blur with kraftfunk sessions and outings with friends. Its been so long since I did basics training omg the feeling of being fitter is just ~~

But I keep going out recently to eat/shop omg spent so much within the first week of 2012!

its the last day of 2011! how time flies as usual. so now its the annual time to reflect on the past year and look forward to the next!

MY 2011:

A year of yellow. I just have to mention my fate with yellow this year, ftb, bondue, and now emix photoshoot all these random events threw me into the yellow group. like what??
Waack. starting off as a noob in bryan's waackin course, I totally waacked the whole year away. Am grateful for the numerous opportunities given - Suntec, Oschool recital, and now emix concert and SDD next feb. Not to mention all the awesome friends I've made thru waackin!
Trying out new things out of my comfort zone: entering SMU and going for OCSP. Still not very much warmed up in the smu environment, but I still have 7 sems to do so. and funny how ocsp is more tough for me than OEs, when it should be the opposite for most people.

Eager to find out what 2012 has in store for me, but not too anxious to hit 20 -.-

so my immune system finally gave way yesterday, after not resting from chiangmai's horribly cold weather and nights of xmas partying. DAMM FLU. its so horrible i couldn't sleep properly yesterday (I kept dreaming that people were moving around forcing me to change my sleep location) and my nose now resembles that of rudolph the red nosed reindeer.

been meeting up with good ol friends the past few days and i couldn't ask for more. miss the hopper girls esp since most of them are in nus puu. MAD shopping trip to bangkok in june/july next year! haha can't wait. hope it'll realise though, bet its gonna be dammm fun!! (ok our costume shopping outings in sg are alr so fun xD)

anyway my phone had sudden death on xmas day, what a timely death -.- so now i'm using iphone 3 and having loads of fun with the camera apps. LOL late bloomer. needs to buy a casing soon though.

oh well. finally dancing again later after more than 3 weeks of absence.

I'm back!
The past two weeks felt so long, and chiangmai is realy cold :(
Can't post much about the homestay and programmes yet cause my photos are all with sophie. The kids are reallyyy cuteeee. Oh well.

Anyway quite surprised to find out that shopping in Chiang Mai was dam good. Look at my haul!

I bought like 2 knitted cardis, 3 tanks, 3 maxi skirts, 1 pink sweatpants (FOR LESS THAN $3 OMG MINDBLOWN), denim shorts, tees, 1 romper and all for less than $100 in total! Zai or what.

I think if I go to bangkok next time sure GGfied.

on the 2nd last night Toffy brought a few of us to do manicures, FREAKING cheap omg and dam good.

less than $14 for my nails! shouldn't have chose this design though, looks so bimb! but i'm not complaining for the price teehee.

My schedule for the next 2 months until SDD auds in end Feb are totally filled already omg. I just pray I can maintain my GPA while juggling dance and studies :(

I'm flying off to Chiangmai tonight. Can't believe its today.

Wish I was back in korea, trekking in the winter cold. Give me a mountain to climb any day man, beats going to build stuff. Seriously why did I sign up for ocsp, no idea. Language barrier's gonna be the main challenge ugh.

Gonna miss dance sessions. omg horrible thought of the choreos i have to catch up with when I get back, plus recapping the old ones, no joke no joke. sigh.

First time going on an ocsp trip. So different from all my previous travelling experiences. No bentos, no camping etc. Don't feel like going anymore, after all, I'm not really destined to travel this year. But oh well money's already paid, just have to go luh. Let's just hope the host family doesn't cook too much spicy food. I'm so gonna lose weight over there. MUST EAT MY MANGO STICKY RICE AT ALL COSTS.

My luggage is awfully small and light. I STRONGLY REFUSE to fly budget next time for trips longer than 1 week. seriously, too much hassle. and its not even that cheap.

Goodbye. I'm gonna miss everything in Singapore this time round. Can't wait to come back and have all the christmas parties and gatherings.

So recently I just bought this maxi dress, and I thought it was turquoise in colour. But after sudden enlightenment and further research, I realised that it was teal -.- blah.

woah its december already. the year zoomed past!!

so the past few days I have been attending meetings and watching dramas. watching secret garden and ouran high school now!! I swear one of the ouran characters look like janan. secret garden is okay, still have 16 more eps to go but I'm kinda bored already.

Anyway on wednesday siau and me went shopping at bugis before campfire.

Wa my hair was longer previously. but now its dam short T.T what happened was that while we were shopping, these people from toni&guy academy approached us to cut hair for free so well who can resist a free hair cut so yea I cut my hair! and they gave us cards for complimentary hair cuts for the next 3 appointments. So people, if you want a free hair cut, hang around bugis.

Went back to salt for campfire, but it was too boring. I guess that's what happens when you don't really know any of the grand juniors haha ohwell so sica siau and I left for KAP!

Yay lessons officially over. cept for biz law on saturday but thats alright.

Seems like everyone else is in school smugging/doing project etc. I must be the only one who is slacking away my public holiday.

Oh well at least I redid my Blaw remedies notes today. roar blaw notes take a terribly long time to compile!! and I cleared away all my JC stuff :'/ feels like I've thrown away 2 years of my life. All the memories of chionging tutorials and all those random scribblings on my notes during lectures.. what a waste. Oh well guess its time to dump em out.

Went to vivo with the parents ytd. Dam crowded esp with foreign workers who were heading to the casino. And for once I bought something in reality!! Yay a traveller's pouch!

It was part of some artsy exhibition and apparently this was made by impoverished women, so I'm helping to give them a lifeline (okay the brochure said this.)

It doesn't look like its worth $22, I'd prolly find it for cheaper overseas but its okay for charity!!

Gonna bring it to thailand and dump my passport etc inside :D

okay so yesterday was crazy. I had waackin (NO G?? D:) recital prac from 4 plus ish to 7 plus ish then me and bryan flew down to smu for emix waackin prac that lasted till.. 10? we two lika shag! concludes that my stamina is lousy. and bryan kept coughing omg hopes he goes to see a doctor soon!!!

and he taught new choreos for both yesterday so my brain is like trying its best to process all the different choreos (doesn't help that some moves are the same! D: muscle memory also screwed up) BUT MEGA LOVING EM~~ loving the emix one a lil bit more (cos its easier and no freaking turns muahahaha okay no I must master how to spin in heels!!!). love the song! okay hope I still can recall it next sat. hehheh dam eggcited for the item :) can't wait to source for costumes!

I realised that I haven't ordered from Gmarket since March! teehee.

Freaking humongous box omg poor postman.

Shared a shipment with bj. actually it was me who tempted her into buying MUAHAHA.
Anyway shipping was so much cheaper this time! our total shipment was 11kg and only 29850 Won (close to $40) as compared to the 19000 Won I paid last time for 2.85kg. EH WHY LIKE THAT. I guess its cause they have some sort of promotion now.

and the thing about bout buying heels is that photos are deceiving!! like in those photos, the heels look like they're not THAT high probably 6cm? But in reality if you check the specs its 9cm~10cm -.- So yea always look at the measurements! They're there for a purpose.

I realised that I always post on Fridays. teehee. Well its my off day after all! and this weekend's gonna be a long weekend since Monday is also a public holiday!! whee.

Went to Clementi Mall for lunch at Ootoya! really awesome Japanese restaurant with authentic dishes. Yumyum. Forgot to take photos of the main dishes though.

Even though me and my mum were dam full after the meal, we still ordered dessert muahaha.

Okay I forgot the name of this but its really nice!

Its made of Green Tea icecream, a generous heap of azuki, whipped cream in the middle, and at the bottom is some cake thingy with soyabeanmilkcurd?? texture is like tauhuay, but its meant to be eaten like pudding (theres gula melaka syrup at the bottom!)

Super awesome and only 6 bucks :D woohoo! hidden treasure. totally pwns MOF.

Okay then I went to thread my eyebrows but the person thread too much now they're too thin :( sad! faster grow out pls.

Can't say I'm not.

Only got into waacking.. raar. I really really really wanted to get into a hiphop item this round, having not done proper hiphop since I dunno when. (transcendance? -.- ) But guess I'm simply just not good enough. Almost wanted to pull out of the entire concert (doing 1 item our of 3090254 items is like, hur? Gonna waste dam lot of time stoning during rehearsals what's the point) but I shan't since Bryan's costume in mind seems nice and he's nice (outside of pracs hahh). I'll probably get scolded 102901 times in each training though bahhh.

Not easy to get over the disappointment but I shall work hard and master the art of waacking in 3 inch heels by January. Omg painfulll.

Just took my two jabs for ocsp and now my left arm is sore like shit. Don't even know how I'm gonna waack tomorrow. LTB class at 830am on a saturday morning gosh. dance consecutively from 3pm-10pm tmr, can die.

Anyway finally done with LTB report and slides. Gosh the bane of my sem 1, seriously. Declares it my most inefficient group project ever. Now there's only AW paper left roarrr. Hates.

And my timetable for next sem is gonna be sucky :"( sobs. such is life. Still finding people to bid with me for my mods!

Oh well at least I'm gonna meetup with HPYS this sunday. Finally going out with people instead of stoning at home omg. I miss my friends :'(

An exceptionally tiring week. and I still have presentation tomorrow. ARGHHH.

Had fundraising for ocsp.. oh my I really dislike these kinda things cause I feel really paiseh to ask people (esp random people who will just give you the "NO I DO NOT WANT TO SUPPORT YOUR OCSP" look.) Really appreciate those friends who supported! Like suay wingyau hahaha the first thing i saw her after not seeing her since school started was to ask her to buy our biscuits/bookmark. Anyway sitting under the concourse aircon for 5 hours on wednesday was no joke, immediately felt super ill roar.

Still gotta finish up LTB report before heading to sch for subcomm meeting later. sigh all those icebreaking all over again!

I need to go out and playyy.

After the very nerve-wrecking but well done biz law presentation, I went to Iluma to try out the remaining ramen stores in the ramen championship!

The last time I went I had ramen from tetsu. it was super awesome especially the broth but probably due to the crowd their egg was substandard!! roar it wasn't runny inside at all. DOWNERR.

Luckily we went at like 4pm today, weird timing so the place was empty and the eggs were yummy teehee.

and they were absolutely generous with their noodles and beansprouts.. why not the meat? T.T the meat was so tasty but way too fatty.

Don't really fancy their kind of noodles, its like the thick, flat, shoelace kind. the egg was not runny enough but the yolk was freaking awesome.

Sad to say, recess week is almost over, and I haven't completed any major assignments/projects sigh.

Recently my luck just keeps going downhill for some unknown reason. I ALWAYS just miss 190 and end up having to wait 20 mins for the next one. seriously what is wrong with smart - 190 coming at 20 mins intervals ?? Then I will meet with a jam, etc. so on average each journey to sch or back from sch take about 75 mins. bleh absolutely waste of time.

Past few days were horrible days, there is so much work to do and I realized how pathetically little friends I have in SMU. the only good things that happened were going to salted caramel and zaihar's open class yesterday. woo! loved the choreo~

I know Steve Jobs just passed away. I'm not a fan of apple products, and I absolutely DISLIKE mac I have no idea why my safari runs soooo slowly i'm switching to chrome soon but he was an extraordinary guy. roar. My safari is seriously loading at a snail's pace and it's annoying me greatly.

Car wash yesterday was alright, but damm ecp is so freaking far away :( had the cheap $1.20 icecream after the whole event and it never tasted so good before HAHA.

I am so dead tired!! Tuition marathon and dance marathon today. my feet is dying. anyway watching all the recital items' vetting today made me miss hiphop even more. :( esp anan's style. anan come back soon plss.

So I am almost done for the week, but I still have LTB project interview tomorrow and ocsp car wash on sunday and a whole jam packed day on saturday hence I can't really take any break yet.

but anyway today was thursdays with pinghui again! because we wanted to get free koi given out by bondue, we abandoned our plan to go back hc for zhajiang mian and instead went to sunshine for thai food. Phad thai again! im gna be so sick of it during december.
Anyway in the end we didnt manage to get the koi, had to share 1 btw us because they ran out of it so fast! roarr i thought it would be unlimited hahaha or at least 100 right?? business school has so many people.

aw is seriously irritating me ALOT.

i'm cranky all day cos i can't seem to do the stupid assignment. hate researching for stuff with so many limitations.

anyway had a nice lunch with pinghui today at glassroom. its like the first time im eating lunch with someone this week LOL antisocial much but it is really difficult to find people to lunch with. and we're going back to hc next thurs again after all the annoying midterms and aw assignments are over. hopefully the security guard will be kind and maybe i should wear a hc tee. can't wait! the weather these days are wonderfully sunless (cold wind ftw!) but not good for health i feel like im gonna fall sick anytime.

So I didn't do any work over the weekend oops.

Sat was crazy tuition and dance pracs, my muscles are still aching till today :(

Yesterday was pretty good, went for my last tuition session then went for west mall for lunch before meeting xiu for ice-cream! Upp thomson is so foreign and far away! We were supposed to go to ice-cream chef, where jiale worked previously but I got off at the wrong stop so we went to salted caramel instead! Freaking awesome ice-cream there udders totally pales in comparison now~ Had salted caramel (of cos!), chocolate sorbet and earl grey. All the flavors were so tempting we wanted to have all :( Gotta go back soon!!

Am so excited for december to come!! Going to chiangmai for ocsp followed by shopping trip at Bangkok with a few others before coming back to sg (: Yay im finally going to bangkok!!!

End of another week, but no tgif cause i don't have weekends to chill off.

Today's a non-school day but i still had to go back since morning for ltb meeting for quite a few hours. Hate how project meetings in SMU are so unproductive, mainly cos its an unfamiliar topic and the rubrics/guidelines are so vague or non-existent we don't even know what is expected of us. Seriously.

Well at least eye meetings were beneficial, went for forex followed by ARM and I learnt so many new things! This should be how school is like, learning something useful and interesting. roar. Wanna start trading soon but no time no discipline :(

My weekends are non-existent la. tuitions and cca and dance. where got time to study :/

and Hell starts from next week. schoolwork, beloved friends leaving... sigh.

Yesterday was a long day.

Went for Emix orientation. For some reason I pretty stoned the whole day sorry to my group!! Maybe because it feels so different to be in such a large cca as compared to our small group of mad hoppers and pinghui was in another og. (I still vaguely remember our orientation in J1... gross!) Or perhaps I was really just sian of the games and all that ice breaking. Anyway I think the people in my group and the seniors are really nice! But sadly I had to leave early for waacking so no idea what happened in the end!

Waacking prac was productive haha! Know the steps better now.. hope I won't forget by next prac :/

Headed for MAF with shiki after prac. Feels so heartwarming to be back in hwachong, all that familiar scenes, canteen, central plaza, class benches, stage, classrooms... but with rather unfamiliar faces. Didn't see many of my batchmates :( The whole school was filled with mainly seniors haha. there was even a couple with their kid (:

Met up with qilingrs! and we went to kope mooncakes from reading room. I never knew they gave out free mooncakes and snacks for alumni!!!! anyway it was good, cos I hadnt had dinner haha! we crashed a208 and it was such a nostalgic feeling... totally missed the times when we went for lessons late together and stuff :(

went to RUA to find the dancers after cd vacated. absolutely miss that place! a bulk of my hc memories are stored in rua. still remember our first prac with anan, ja jamming his hand into the fan (that was too epic), the times we suffered tog doing horrible warmups, illegal entry, flies, birthday celebrations, freestyles etc. and its bigger than the dml in smu where we had emix prac. omg la. and matthew seriously needs to download some new songs all those dancenight songs were playing and I just couldn't help but feel even more sad.

siau and I were recapping anan's choreo and attempting to teach jiale but failed terribly. and the bboys started a cypher that took up most of the space -.- roar! so after a while us girls decided to just move to stage to talk.

can we go back to the times when we had RUA all to the 15 of us :(

jiale is flying off soon :( everyone is leavinggg. we left at 11+ just in time to catch the last few buses home. the guys stayed back to dance, guess they're too deprived in army haha! nice htht/gossip session with siau on the way back, i am totally clueless about whats happening to other hc girls cos im in smu, away from everyone :(

Its really only after you graduated then you realise the significance of MAF haha. so glad that hwachong has this tradition since like forever. hearing those emo songs during sodache make me so sad :( I always liked the songs. reminders of all the good times with my 2 awesome groups of friends. It was a wonderful two years, regardless of all the good or bad things that happened. I wish i could store my memories in a time capsule or something.

Pity we can't turn back time to go back to those days.

Time to take a short breather before the hectic period starts.

So I've checked my timetables, from next week week 5 till around week 11, Im gonna have essays/tests/presentations/stuff due at least 2 things for separate mods due EACH week. crazy. seems like my mid term break's just gna be spent on chionging reports for ltb and aw...
And then around 1 week to rest before finals.. the weeks seem to fly man!!

Anyway I seem to be killing myself by upping the frequency of tuitions for my students who are having their EOYS soon. so I'll have to deal with my own studies and THEIR studies. No good. But I need the money and I believe I can do this YEAH. around 4 more weeks for them as well.

(And I'll be done with everything before the juniors are done with their A levels! wow crazy jam-packed hiongness of university)

Basically from tomorrow... no more free time!! haha. out whole day tomorrow, friday as well, saturday is the killer with 4 events to go to in one single day. Tuition; Emix orientation; Waacking pac; MAF. and i'm already either going late/leaving early for every single one of them haha! 24 hours not enough ahh. Really looking forward to MAF I miss hc and all the people!!

Really HATE squeezing with others in the mrt in the mornings. Annoying. plus my laptop is so heavy. UGH.

Woo hoo its finally friday again! Supposed to have no school on friday but Im still going back to school later. roar.

Wednesday was boring ltb! then went for muay thai with sam at night lydia and chris pangsehh! quite fun but the warmups were already super shag!! haha. oh well good experience. anyway yesterday and even today my leg muscles are still aching like shit -.-

Went to comex with xiu after lessons ytd! good thing about smu is the location haha can get to suntec in like 15 mins!! so convenient. anyway was super tempted to buy the olympus p1 it was only $500 with!!! but old model alr :( sigh but its super prettyy.. nvm shall wait for the price of p3 to drop :/ saw a lot of cheap point and shoot cameras too with all the filter effects, super tempting :( but i shall stick to my 7.2 megapixel cybershot for now -.- super outdated omg.

Almost the end of another week!

Was so busy that when my ipod went flat on monday i haven't had the time to charge it until fir -.- and yes, dance pracs lasting till late in the night together with early morning classes are a killer combination -.- i've been reaching home no earlier than 12 for the past 3 days, shag much.

anyway i slipped and fell on the dammed cloth ytd today my little toe feels swollen/bruised.

Week 2 of school was fine, but its sad that i can't join the various cca clinics/talks cos of dance prac :( maybe i'll crash next year.

I'm starting to like biz law a lot, the prof is the best among all my mods but it is still dam confusing haha. and my project grp has liting, zhongming, huishan and an american exchange student. awesomee! absolutely have to meet up with inspirar group soon, haven't seen them in ages! and daniel has some new magic tricks to show!

Tuesdays are not too bad with lunch together with spongebob! the problem with uni is that its so difficult to find ppl to have lunch with. roar. hopefully we will still meetup for lunches in future!

Anyway, suntec semis today, didn't get to finals :( surprisingly all the funk groups didn't get in! roar what is this. but oh well, it has been a great experience with the girls and getting to semis on our first attempt as a solely waacking crew is already a big achievement! hope more people will start to recognize waacking! but for the next 2 days, gotta find back my groove for auditions on monday! ahhh.

Okay I have homework to do tomorrow! and looking forward to another week of school.. a free week! Omg its week 3 already, when the projects start to flow in. 12 more weeks till holiday! Also, a few personal matters to settle, eg make a pair of plastic specs, yoga classes...

Past few days have been busy as usual with suntec pracs! and we got in to semis waha. 2 more rounds to go! was so shag from going to school + pracs and yesterday it was horrible with tuition in the morning, rushing to suntec then going for recital prac. bryan's choreo is killer!!

friday was vivace! smu is really small the concourse was clogged up with freshmen! joined gourmet club, eye, smux and emix! but sadly wont be able to join back to sch dive :( clashes with finals and maf and registration closes this fri :/ ocsp interview was blah, no idea if i stand a chance to get in or not :(

must do my readings for this week's seminars soon :/ but i realized that compared to my ntu/nus counterparts, my timetable is freaking slack alr! hahaha.

and i'm so sad everyone is leaving one by one!! :( the US peeps first, followed by the UK peeps. sigh. I also wanna go overseas!

Well, business law isn't so bad. Thankfully my prof is kinda like chris ho, so its not really sleep inducing. But 3 hours of seminar is just walao! dam long.

AS and AW and LTB are like ZZ. and not knowing anyone in the class makes it even more ZZ. and enthu people trying their best to class part is also ZZ. so irritating! AW and AS are like gp, ltb is like PW. omg kill me pls. There's not much workload yet, but simply listening to the profs during lesson time is so mentally-draining! and i haven't learnt anything concrete yet. Looking forward to biz law where i can learn something useful.

ocsp interview on friday, hope i get in together with the rest of the group! and vivace!! sigh which cca to join! emix, smu funk, gourmet club, smux, barworks, jcc, uni y, etc etc so manyy!!!

Today's the last day of my extremely long break. :( But it still feels like I haven't had enough fun :(

The past few days has been crazy busy, with tyrone event, dance pracs ending late and convoc and suntec yesterday. I'm so sick of suntec city! been there for 3 consecutive days. was feeling so shag yesterday but thankfully after a rare 8 hours of decent sleep, feeling so much more energized today woo!

The tyrone class and waacking battle were really inspiring, with all the dam zai malaysian waackers. (that came to spoil market!!) and they all dress up until sooo pretty :D

School is starting with a grand bang tomorrow with my first lesson being biz law. boohoo. tried to read the notes and stuff but it is SOSO boring!!! I'm so glad I didn't go to nottingham now. Can't stand all the legal jargon!!

I'm slowly starting to find out more foodie places around school! went with spongebob on friday to sunshine plaza (?) for the thai food! Phad thai and thai milk tea ftw! They had mango sticky rice too at $5! yumyum. but nowhere near SOB zz!

This week's gonna be crazy with school AND dance. Recital pracs starting this sat! I hope I don't die o.o anyway watching the hiphop crews ytd at suntec made me realize how much i miss hiphop!! Miss the groove :( okay no more waacking after recital!

Wa the past week totally zoomed by and I am so tired now!!

Spent the past 6 days in school! totally sick of school now haha.

Friday and saturday were spent with inspirar! although the food catered were SO DAM BAD and there was alot of waiting time, i had a dam fun team (team daniel and dion ftw!) and the tauhuay and tang yuan at golden mile are SO DAM GOOD i can cry. LOL. dam awesome tangyuan especially. lucky there was daniel and his amateur magic tricks for entertainment! and seminar rooms are really awesome places to sleep in, carpet flooring + using the chair as a pillow :D only caught less than 3/4 hours of sleep though. but luckily i got assigned to the holding room for performers and the aunties were very nice they taught us their line dance performance item! hahaha.

Sunday was mad rush to pack my stuff for bondue, rush for tuition, rush to oschool recital auds then bondue camp! got in waacking as expected haha! so by the time i reached school i totally missed all the dirty games already. Bondue was =.= I don't remember doing much except for waiting, waiting, waiting for things to happen! Esp fright night, which wasnt quite scary at all except for the first room. roar!

and I got saboed up on stage for one of the stage games, but i got a cathay movie tix in return. We were like supposed to dance blindfolded wth! I can't do hiphop barefooted for nuts. Waacking control was all gone too, and there were facis/seniors from emix?? embarrassing much. But drinking night was fun, all the funny drinking games, and I didn't have to drink alot so I mostly saw other people getting drunk and becoming high. Hongkong accent was dam funny xD Met up with danica xijing mingkai for chit chat at like 3am. and only slept at 6?? siaoo. No wonder I was so shag.

Yesterday was crazy bidding day. barely caught up with my sleep. went to sch, ocs talk, configured my macbook then dance prac then was discussing about bids till 1am and it took me 1 hour to fall asleep -.- oh well but the results just came out and i got both my bids!! :D dam lucky. Plus my stats class has bobo, lijun and lydia. Awesome :) my preallocated ones i only see zhongming in biz law and a few inspirar people in the others. OKAY i shall be contented !!! I just realised that i can make a trip to old airport road/golden mile for lunch on tuesdays then come back to sch for AS. LIFE's GOOD.

Bondue this sunday and I am going to miss a day of sentosa activities cos of recital auditions. Suay much! Will be so ultra awkward when I finally meet the rest of the group in the evening ._. and not looking forward to sleeping in the SR its gonna be so cold!!

Past few days mainly constituted of waking up, going to work, rushing off to dance/gatherings, dancing till scape's lights go off then reaching home at 12+. roar i don't even have time to learn the audition choreo!!

so exhausted. but I shall not complain cos I think it'll be much

on the bright side, met up with alumni girls for domino's pizza ytd! moral of the story: pizza is meant for deliveries/takeouts. haha! never dine in man. anyway the meatzza pizza was nice. and the cinnastix as well.

ran into bimboo as we headed to orchard central for gongcha! then we just nua-ed there and started taking photos w jiale's new camera. yay meeting chang and bimboo tonight can't waitt!

Finally have the time to rest.

Stats test was kinda horrible HAHA. I pratically guessed my way thru half of the questions. I hope I get the other half correct then I can pass~so basically I spent the past 2 days trying to study and going for suntec pracs. Note the word trying.

Dk what's the problem but I seem to be deproving. Hmmm. My control is super bad I know it, and as a result I look like I am just swinging my arms around. Sigh.

So this morning me and qw went to walk to train tracks! And the rocks made it hard to walk, there were so many dropped-off soles lying around. Sadly the lighting wasnt so good so my lousy camera couldnt take nice shots unlike in sentosa.

Anyway we realised that there was only one track, but I always thought that there were trains travelling in both directions?! How is that possible??

but it was funnn! thanks to our facils and my awesome group.

thankfully it was held at obs with more interesting activities, (none of those boy girl stand alternate pass pocky pass marshmallow rubbish AT ALL whee). shall not say too much here as there's still 2 more runs, but it was the most enjoyable orientation camp i experienced so far!

one comment i have to make is that the guys are sooo muchhh moreee gentlemanly than hc guys. maybe ns will make them kinder!

Went to school again ytd after work for the extremely boring/timewasting yet compulsory cip talk. I could pretty much summarise the key points in 5 mins. or rather, 5 seconds. IF YOU DO NOT DO AT LEAST 80 HOURS OF CIP YOU CAN'T GRADUATE FROM SMU. Nuff said.

And I found out that Wingyau and Jiaqi are also going biz! yay! :D

And I experienced a taste of smu life: shopping after school! LOL. It is really dam convenient. Yea so after the talk me and bo walked over to plaza sing to get her starbucks and chill. and it was so coincidental that there was a bodyshop atrium sale there!! I love bodyshop sales.

The haul. Spent a total of $11 onlyy!!

It was soooo tempting to get other stuffs like the shower gels, body butter etc. Sigh but gotta keep tab on my spending :( and there were hell alot of people. The almond hand/nail cream was selling for 2 for $10 though! o.o I have no idea how they price their items. Thankfully when Nelson helped me to buy previously it was 3 for $12!!

Okay luckily the biz sch is located the furthest away from orchard side so I won't be tempted to go shop in between classes :D

Went to SMU to see see yesterday with ivy..

maybe we went too early, but some of the seniors were not high, some too high.. LOL.

anyway decided not to go for sics camp in the end :( roar! although the offer of free bubble tea was really tempting. gotta save as much money as i can to pay off my school fees.

Went to ask about the diving course but its gonna clash with suntec! D: roar sigh. all the camps seem so fun but $$$!! :( even though our camps are wayyy cheaper than nus/ntu's.

(Long post ahead)

Okay I shall post about the Phuket trip that happened super long ago!

When: Early May, 5D5N
Who: Me and Chang
Expenditure: Aprox 700 bucks in total! D:

Okay so after failing to get anyone else to join us, me and chang embarked on the journey just by ourselves! Thankfully we had a contact from xixian beforehand, so we arranged for airport transfer with Mr Mark before we left. Its good that Phuket has so many tour operators you can just book your day tour just the night before.
We stayed at Aspery hotel, just a short walk away from the beach! It was supposed to be a 3 star hotel but it turned out to be quite good! Fast and free wireless, were served orange juice once we stepped into the lobby LOL..like whoa. and they reset the safe for free! (Somehow we couldnt manage to open it on the 2nd last day o.o)
So on the first day, we went on a coral island daytour!

Well the waters weren't THAT clear. and there wasn't many corals as well :( i think they all died.
There were many Japanese tourists by the way. We did some snorkelling and scuba diving! which was pretty fun, but at first I was all claustrophobic and stuff. I shall learn diving soon once i enter school!

Second day: Canoeing tour!
We joined this tour by Phuket Panwa canoe and it was dam fun! We were canoed about Hong Island, DAM PRETTYYY. Although the boat journey was dam long, its super shiok to stand on the deck and enjoy the sea breeze~ I stood in the sun for like forever LOL. Furthermore, the tour guide/rowers were also quite friendly and retarded, hence not so boring.

We also camwhored at James bond Island, the tour guide was like instructing us what pose to do and stuff LOL.

When we arrived at the last island our rower Bubu (?) brought us to explore some cave. Okay I've done caving before but caving BAREFOOTED was roarrr! the ground quite rough somemore. alot of sharp edges.
and as a result of spending too much time in the caves, the ship set sail without us! but Bubu rowed with all his might and caught up. some crazy arm strength he has.

with our very friendly and macho rower. (and one of the rare moments when my forehead can be seen..)

We also went on this rafting package. rafting was funfunfun! but no photos since cameras weren't allowed. but major dislike the elephant trekking and animal shows! animal cruelty omg D: the animals looked so sad, like their life is so meaningless D:

So apart from the day tours, what did we do??

1.Visit Jungceylon almost everyday
Jungceylon is a shopping mall around 15 mins walk from our hotel. Well we had to go to carrefour like nearly everyday!

2. BEACH!
What's the point of going to phuket if you don't go to the beach right.

But the beach wasn't THAT clean and too overcrowded with tourists anyway.

Every stall along the streets sell almost the same thing, plus we were too lazy to bargain so we didn't buy much anyway.

Thai food is rather nice. The non spicy dishes of course. like Phad thai and the glass noodles!

Watermelon shake. The best thing in the world. It is sooo refreshing and sweet. Singapore's watermelon juice totally pales incomparison. I drank this like every night :D
This was at some No.6 restaurant along the main road, near Jungceylon. Cheap! Phad thai was like 50 baht and they had cocktails for 6 bucks!

Chanced upon Mango sticky rice - MY FAVVV. only 60 Baht!

4. MASSAGE
Thai massages are the best!
So I found this massage place on tripadvisors and we went to try it out!

Well the nanai soi place was REALLY ULU. we walked for like ages under the hot sun(and we forgot our caps!) and were on the verge of giving up and just go to any massage place along the main street. There were just too many nanai soi-s from 1 to 8?!

But luckily we persisted, cos it was reallyyyy good and affordable. (prices from like 200-550 baht depending on the duration!) We did the Mixed thai and oil massage (Lavender! Yay) and decided that we had to come back again before we left. (Although the place was a real far walk from our hotel)

Well in case I forget the directions in future, here is it:

Walk and face the food market behind Jungceylon, turn right and walk all the wayyy down(for about 10 mins) until Jungceylon disappears from view then turn left into a small sliproad and walk all the way in.

On the way to Sweet Lemongrass for the 2nd time on our last day! (Ew to dusty roads)

I shall try the full Thai massage next time.

my holiday is going to be over soon. :( am quite sad that i did not manage to accomplish anything during this break. (forbidden from the diving course zz) oh well.

everywhere's sales sales sales now, making me spend alot of money gasp. think i will hit 1k for my june expenditure dang. just spent a bomb on drugstore and f21 orders, f21 suddenly has some nice stuff! am on a blogshop boycott now, rip off prices and lousy quality plus can u imagine walking on the streets and seeing 10 ppl wearing the same thing D: gosh. even f21 stuffs are cheaper.

okay and i am still supposed to save a portion of my money for suntec costume. oops. must remember to brainstorm for crew name too. if only everything were as simple as "RUA dance crew"~

bought a new bed frame today, means my room will be bigger yay! but hafta reorganise my stuffs again -.- i can't help being messy. i need to set up a flea stall soon D: but nobody share with me zzz.

so its already june, 2 more months left of holidays.

i think its quite funny how most people dont end up in the course/school they originally worked towards. like smu was my last last choice, after nbs and notts law. i might be biased, but now i kinda suspect the credibility of nbs.i really wanted to go notts law :/ but gotta look at the practicality and think for my parents too. given that gor is alr overseas, i supp itll be better for me to stay in sg.. furthermore, im more of a biz student than a law student. haha!

but oh well, recently ive been enlightened on the good points of smu, instead of merely focusing on the lack of hall experience. i cant decide which major i want now all sounds dam interesting!! but the hiongness is still dam scary. maybe ill sprout even more white hairs. ok actually i am still skeptical abt their seminar style thingy, i hope my classmates are nt the crappy kind who speaks rubbish D:

looking at my schedule, im gonna start my busy life as a lkcsb student with all the briefings and camps in july.

their level is just wayy too high.
nvm that some of their items were slightly messy, or the formations werent really clean, but it was full of entertainment, energy and passion.
and of course, the super imba creative concepts that we would never have been able to think up of

i only remember snippets, but there was never a moment that i wasnt entertained.
especially loved the red jacket item, full of youth and vitality. LOL yes the theme for our item that time, but yea their dance was like 12094820598209 X more energy than ours. DANG.
respect to their dancers, they were super awesome!!!!!! those imba expressions XD and the girls were really sao (y) they really were enjoying themselves as they performed. sigh why cant we reach that standard.

and its really true that only when you start to earn your own money that you understand how hard it is to earn.. tried to calculate my expenses in terms of how many hours i have to work and its like whoa. quite scary haha.

but then again i just feel like playing this "holiday". yet, no money=no play, so have to work=got a pathetic amount of money=no time to play. DANG.

i wish i could explore some countries during this break, then again im not allowed to travel solo cos im only 18. sigh. i want to go to auckland to experience more adventure sports, and go to anywhere else and meet people from all over the world, but jtb im 18 wth.
